Begin a meditation practice or deepen your existing one. In this course, you will practice reliable meditation
techniques and discover one that is right for you. You will learn how to
handle obstacles and problems you may encounter, and how to fit
meditation into your busy life!

Foundations of Svaroopa® Yoga is coming to Westford!

This course is designed for those who might be interested in
becoming yoga teachers. It is also for committed yogis, to learn
how to get the most out of your own practice. You will
be trained to teach 15-20 of the foundational poses
of Svaroopa® yoga, so that you can teach introductory
classes, and assist with or substitute for a Svaroopa trained
teacher. This course fulfills the prerequisite for the Master
Yoga Teacher Training Program if you begin the Teacher
Training within six months.
All class times are an essential part of the training. no absences or make-ups are allowed if you want to receive full credit for the training.
