Monday - Friday, July 21 - 25, 2008; 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
$225.00 for week + $15.00/day option to stay for NIA class until 2:00 pm

    

Early drop off and late pick-up available for a nominal fee.
For girls entering 7th, 8th or 9th grade. Spend a week with a team of area experts learning about personal image, organization, relationships, Yoga and more! This week is an opportunity for teenage girls to discover how powerful they are!

This course is designed for those who might be interested in becoming teachers. It is also for committed yogis, to learn how to get the most out of your own practice. You will be trained to teach 15-20 of the foundational poses of Svaroopa yoga, so that you can teach introductory classes, and assist with or substitute for a Svaroopa trained teacher. This course fulfills the prerequisite for the Master Yoga Teacher Training Program if you begin the Teacher Training within six months.
